Amp (Accelerated Maximum Performance) is a training program for athletes 7-18 years old with a focus on increasing speed, strength and agility. Our training techniques push our athletes to their fullest potential by constantly pushing mental toughness. We encourage our athletes and teach the philosophy that finishing is the way to success!

We keep our class sizes small and max them out at 12 athletes per class. We want our athletes to get the absolute most out of our classes.
